In all seriousness...

So I would really like to take today and remove the focus of the blog from myself and put some onto this infamous day. A tragedy 16 years ago changed our country as we knew it.

I woke up this morning and got on Twitter to wake myself up as I always do and the very first post that caught my eye was by one of my old friends that moved away a couple years ago. She had lost her father on 9/11. And she was posting about thinking about him every day... And she's not alone. So many people lost a loved one in that unexpected event and its heartbreaking. If you have lost someone in that terrorist attack, all my prayers go out to you and yours.

It's hard to understand why these things happen because I AM A FIRM BELIEVER in everything happens for a reason but its these happenings that make me question that sometimes. It makes me think maybe there is no karma or fate and that everything is just a coincidence and there's no bigger picture, that we are just us and what happens, happens, good or bad. But it goes by the day, honestly because for the most part, I do think there is a greater agenda. It's just really hard to understand.

We live in such a cruel world. But I guess we all just have to try to make the most of it.
