Adiós Snow, Hello Sun ☀

Well, as of tonight at 3 am, I will be on my way to the Dominican Republic for a mission trip with my youth group. I am beyond excited not only to go from the what seems like below zero temperatures to 90 degree weather, but especially to go down there and help where I am needed. We will be helping an orphanage/school, and showing kids the love and affection they don't get and doing activities like crafts and puppets with them, along with doing construction work as well. I am a little nervous about flying. I've never been on a plane before, let alone trying to catch a flight at 3 in the morning. The make up work I have of course is unreal. Definitely not looking forward to doing all that. See everyone in a week. I'll try to bring back some of the warmth and sunshine from down there.
